"My brother's wife and her security guard both lived at N0.10, Terry Grillo street, off Agbe road, Ojokoro, Abule Egba, Lagos State. Ibrahim Yekini, a tenant and his wife exhibit violent attitude and harassment against my brother’s wife Mrs Serah Akintobi whose the husband is the landlord of the house and currently based abroad and the security guard, Mr. Nelson Okon, at the above address where they lived."

"It all started about 2 years ago when Mr Ibrahim Yekini and his wife, Wunmi Yekini, fought one of the security guards called Amusa, they battered the security guard to the point of death. The matter was reported to Ijaiye Ojokoro police station and when the police came to invite him for questioning, he turned violent against the police team and resisted arrest and till today, the Police division in Ijaiye couldn’t do anything about his arrest.

"However, due to their constant assault and harassment, the landlord charged them to court and asked the Yekini's to vacate their apartment which they are yet to do.

"To our surprise, on June 19, 2024, Mrs Yekini, brutally attacked the newly employed security guard, Mr. Nelson Okon, at about 9.42pm. She assaulted and wounded him with her car key on the face and when the landlord family intervened she also battered the Landlord's wife, Mrs Serah Akintobi, and as well smashed her phone worth over N250,000.

"The matter was also reported at Ijaiye Ojokoro police station where the police referred both my brother’s wife and the security guard to the general hospital for treatment where they incurred hospital bill worth over N150,000."

"When the matter was, however, brought before the DPO, CSP, Dickson Oni, he showed bias on the case. To this end, I am seeking your fatherly intervention on this matter to save my brother and his family from the hands of this dangerous and wicked popular Nollywood actor who has been threatening to kill them before he vacates their apartment."

"Sir, I urged you to please use your good offices to assign this case to a police investigative unit who will listen to both feuding parties without bias, fear or any favour," the statement stated.
