Sanwo-Olu Ambassadors DG, Alhaja Tai Elemesho Appeals For Inclusion Of Her Group In Tinubu’s Govt

The Director-General of a political support group, Sanwo-Olu Ambassadors, Alhaja Tai Elemesho-Okesanjo, has called on the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR), to prioritise the appointment of members of her group into Boards and other top government positions under the current administration. 

Alhaja Tai Elemesho on Saturday made this plea to the President during the distribution of twenty thousand naira cash support for 125 members of her group, (Sanwo-Olu Ambassadors) at the BOSCO office, Oduduwa Crescent, GRA Ikeja.

Her group, Sanwo-Olu Ambassadors was amongst the first group that started Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu Campaign right ahead of any other support groups in Lagos. The Group was also the first that conducted a prayer session for Asiwaju Tinubu to emerge as Nigeria’s President.

For the record, Alhaja Tai was equally a member of President Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council Leadership Committee in 2023.

During the cash presentation to the beneficiaries, Elemesho said, “With due respect and honour, I am making an appeal to our great leader and mentor, our visionary President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to kindly please prioritise the appointment of members of Sanwo-Olu Ambassadors into Boards and other top government positions under his administration.

”Here at Sanwo-Olu Ambassadors, we have seasoned professionals among us with sound and quality education. Many of our members have Master’s degrees and some even possess PhD degrees. If such individuals with excellent academic records become part of Tinubu’s political appointees, I have no doubt absolutely that they will add value to the greater good of Nigeria.

“I am proud of all the entire members of Sanwo-Olu Ambassadors across the state. I also extend my special thanks to the state coordinator and the entire executives who are consistently contributing to the success of this support group, may God bless you all.

“This cash empowerment initiative during this yuletide season could only cater to 125 members, but I can assure you that more support initiatives are still coming both at the State level from our amiable Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu and at the federal, from our leader, mentor and father, President Bola Tinubu. I can assure all Sanwo-Olu Ambassadors that your support, commitment and dedication to this group will never be taken for granted and will ultimately yield positive results.

“Let me also acknowledge the fact that President Tinubu has started well and by the grace of God he will end well and leave behind enduring legacies that can make life more abundant and meaningful for the citizenry. He is currently embarking on some reforms which seem to be harsh on the surface but in the long run, those reforms will transform Nigeria.

“We are indeed excited that there is a future for Nigeria .President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has demonstrated exemplary leadership marked by patriotism, boldness, action, foresight, and commitment. since he came into power on May 29, 2023. Let us continue to support and pray for him and by God’s grace he will and our Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu who is doing tremendously well in Lagos State will also succeed too.
