Manchester City’s bid to win a historic fourth consecutive Premier League title will be on the line when they visit Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday. The match will be broadcast live on GOtv.

The reigning champions currently trail Arsenal by one point, but victory over the host tonight will put them in a firm position to clinch the title on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium if they defeat Westham United. Tune in GO Premier League (ch 66) at 8pm to watch the match.

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has urged his side to give their best to secure victory. “We have something unique in front of us. We have to give our best performance, give absolutely everything and try to read exactly the game we are going to play and try to interpret it as best as possible and go.”

“It’s obvious I would say. We have just one option, win the game. We will go from there,” Guardiola stated at his pre-match press conference.

Also speaking, Tottenham’s manager, Ange Postecoglou stated that his team will seek to emerge victorious, even if the result will tilt the title in favour of the club’s arch-rival, Arsenal.

“My role is to bring success to this football club and whatever proportion, whether it's his two mates or 99% of people you know, I know 100% of Spurs supporters want us to win, be successful and win trophies. That is without a shadow of a doubt and us winning tomorrow night will help us bring joy to 100% of Spurs supporters,” he said.

Manchester City has never won a Premier League game at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium since it was opened five years ago.

On Wednesday, Manchester United will look to end their three-match winless streak in the league when they host Newcastle United. The Red Devils have had a campaign to forget, but they will be hoping to pull off a late fight for European football next season by defeating a direct rival. Tune in GO Premier League (ch 66) at 8pm to watch.

Anthony Gordon’s goal was the difference between both sides when they faced at St James’ Park last December. Ten Hag will hope his side will pull off a spirited display to avoid a third defeat against the Magpies this season.
