GTCO Food Festival: American states reserves observations on  sauce levels of Nigerian cookings- Says America Chef.

An American Chef, Gale Gand, has disclosed his love for Nigerian Potato as well as bean taste in Lagos.

He disclosed that he fell in love with Nigerian Potatoes and beans potage during his teaching at a master class 1 on day 2 of the GTCO food and drink festival in Lagos.

He expressed that her interest to taste in other continental food menus which usually gave her innovative ideas in her career.

Our correspondent gathered that the award winner had Authored 8 CookBooks and teaches cooking classes all over American states.

According to her, I reserved my only observations on the sauce levels of Nigerian cooking”
